Swachh Associationa civic campaign.
Awareness work for a Nagpur civic initiative, built around a single behaviour rather than a general appeal.
What the client came to us with & where they started.
Swachh Association needed campaign support for civic and sanitation awareness work in Nagpur — reach, but reach that changed something.
Awareness campaigns fail by asking for a mood instead of an action. 'Keep the city clean' is agreeable and unactionable; everybody nods and nothing happens. The campaign needed to name one specific behaviour, aimed at a specific group of people, in language that belonged to this city rather than to a national template.
Execution workstreams shipped in-house.
One behaviour, named plainly
The creative asked for a single, concrete action rather than a general attitude, so success could actually be observed rather than assumed.
Shot in recognisable Nagpur
Filmed in locations residents know, with local voices. Recognition is what makes civic messaging feel like it is addressed to you instead of to the general public.
Distribution built for sharing
Vertical, subtitled, short, and cut so the message survives being watched on mute — because organic sharing, not spend, is what carries a civic campaign.
Quantified metrics & results.

Summary of Impact
The campaign gave the association shareable material that asked for something specific, and gave volunteers a consistent set of assets to distribute rather than each producing their own.
