Harrierninety seconds that.
An explainer that carries the mechanics of the product, so sales calls begin at the interesting part.
What the client came to us with & where they started.
Harrier needed an explainer video for a software product whose value is genuinely difficult to convey in a sentence. Prospects were arriving at demos without understanding the basics.
The sales team was spending the first third of every demo explaining what the product is before any discussion of whether it fits. That portion of the call is identical every time — which makes it exactly the thing a video should be doing, and exactly the thing a human should not be repeating five times a week.
Execution workstreams shipped in-house.
Script built on the actual objection order
We sat with the sales team and mapped the sequence in which questions genuinely come up, then wrote the script in that order rather than in the order the product team thinks about the product.
Motion graphics for an interface that changes
The product mechanics were animated rather than screen-recorded, so a UI update does not date the asset. Pacing was cut for a viewer who has not yet decided to care.
Cut for the places it actually gets watched
Delivered as the full explainer for the website and demo follow-ups, plus short vertical cuts for LinkedIn and paid placements, subtitled throughout because most of the audience watches on mute.

Summary of Impact
Demo calls now open at the fit-and-pricing stage rather than at the definition stage. The same asset carries the top of the funnel on LinkedIn, where the product previously had to be explained in text nobody read to the end.
